Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a series
of meditative, self-healing movements based on Chinese teachings over 6,000 years old, consisting of intricate exercise sequences
which are performed in a slow relaxed manner. Tai Chi literally translates in
to Supreme Ultimate Force.
Tai Chi is one of the most broadly used systems of self-care in the world. In China, it is estimated that 200 million
people practice Tai Chi everyday. Tai Chi combines dance-like movements, meditation,
mental concentration and breath regulation to enhance the flow of vital force (chi) that animates the body. Chi circulates in patterns that are closely related to the nervous and vascular system. When executing Tai Chi movements, a focus is placed upon directing the chi or life force energy through
the body, mind and spirit. The slow, rhythmic movements are very effective in
returning the skeletal structure, muscles and organs to their natural alignment, as well as helping with coordination and
balance, improving blood circulation, strengthening the immune system, relieving stress and promoting overall well-being.
Birkram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is named after its founder - Bikram Choudhury and
consists of 26 poses that are performed in a heated room. Each Yoga Pose is usually
performed twice and held for a certain period of time. Yoga Sessions start from Standing Postures, then the Backbends,
Forward Bends, and Twists. The poses are accompanied by Kapalabhati Breath or
the "breath of fire". Heat is used in Bikram Yoga in order to allow you to go
deeper and safer into a Yoga Pose. Each pose stretches and strengthens your muscles,
joints, and ligaments and, at the same time releases toxins and work on your internal organs like the glands and the nervous
system. Bikram Yoga is not about being flexible, but about strengthening your body and your spine in all directions with the
goal of creating a union between the body, mind and spirit.
Qigong

Qigong is
a practice that
teaches how to recognize and work with one’s own inner energy (life force) by collecting the external life force (chi) from nature and circulating it throughout one’s body to replenish
and strengthen one’s internal human energy system. This is done through
very slow dynamic intentional movements or standing postures held for a period of time while calmly breathing. The cultivation of chi offers valuable health nurturing benefits.
Qigong is an essential foundation to the practice of Tai Chi.
Meditation Sessions

Meditation Sessions, as
developed by Gailon, are an effective tool to enter an objective state of awareness, whereby the discovery of our inner nature
is facilitated, as well as the nature of the mind is revealed. Our ability to
increase our level of sensitivity to our connection with life energy and consciousness is brought about, not with eyes
closed and in silence, as is done in regular meditation, but with eyes open and by making contact with one another. This truly is a way of learning how to enter consciousness and how to operate from that space, while remaining
connected with others and aware of everything around and within oneself. Group
sessions with Gailon are available twice each day or can be scheduled by appointment as a private one on one.
Silence and solitude

White Cloud Sanctuary is a perfect place to get
quiet and to become really still. In that inner space of silence, it is easy to observe the frantic business of your
mind, your persona's automatic programming and your ego's many faces. Taking long walks or hikes in the
jungle, sitting in one of our many mediation spots set up throughout our property, listening to the many sounds of nature,
observing our animals - seeing programming perfectly at work there or being instilled if you watch young animals
being taught by their mothers. Regardless how you spend your free time at White Cloud, there is the chance of constantly
being aware, present and in tune with Presence and the inner workings of your made up self.
