. Prices for individual retreats include accommodation and about six hours of instruction every day
- includes three hours of instruction the day you arrive and three hours of instruction the day you leave. You will have access to our entire property to go for daily walks and hikes, sit in quiet
meditations spot set up throughout our beautifully landscaped properties, eat luscious fruits from our wide array of
fruit trees, spend time with our many animals, pick fresh greens from our vegetable garden and you
can also enjoy horse back riding with us.
You will stay at our casita, which is a one person cottage, located at
the very top of our property. From the casita's front room and bed room windows, you will have gorgeous views overlooking the
mountain to the side and the valley below. During the rainy season, you will get a most spectacular lighting show
as the common afternoon showers (which usually last for about one hour) are often accompanied by thunder and lightening.
The front yard as a hanging mat set up for you to enjoy Costa Rica's sunshine, peacefulness and tranquility. Our
casita is not a rustic accommodation. Its is a very comfortable, well-built, cozy cottage and consists of a front
room which is furnished with a comfy rocking chair for your reading and reflecting pleasure; a kitchen for you to prepare
your own meals in; a bedroom with a single bed and a table and chair from where you can set up your laptop and connect
to the internet via our local phone connection; and a bathroom with shower. For more pictures click here. If you chose to have your retreat at our mountain location, meals

Enjoy the programs
we offer and want to spend time with us but in a more relaxed manner than our scheduled retreats? Then,
you can rent our casita for a month for $1000. This fee includes 3 practice sessions of your choice each week. To receive more training, you just pay each day for either our group or individual practice sessions as you deem fit. For this possibility please inquire with us
here for availability. In case you want to be more involved in spending time at White Cloud, we offer you the opportunity to live and work with us.
