White Cloud offers the possibility to attend teachings all year round
through a unique Intensive Retreat.
The Retreat follows a schedule of 6 hours/day
of private One on One sessions
and
it is designed as a way of interrupting old patterns
and cultivate time spent in Awareness.
You can choose to either
follow the schedule as set below,
or we will work with you on creating one
that will best suit your individual needs and objectives.
7.30 - 8.00 am: Tai Chi warm
up exercises
8:00-
10:00 am: Private Session
followed by
Qigong &
Tai Chi practice
10:00 am - 3:00 pm: Time to yourself
(During this time you can read, relax, eat lunch, bask in the sun,
visit
with the animals, go for walks or hikes, etc.)
3:00 - 5:00 pm: Tai Chi &
Qigong practice
5:00 - 7:00
pm: Time to yourself
7:00 pm
- 8:30: Meditation Session
