to either follow the schedule as set below,
or we will work
with you on creating a schedule
that will best
suit your individual needs and objectives.
7.30 - 8.00 am: Tai Chi warm up exercises
8:00- 10:00 am: Meditation Session followed by Qigong & Tai Chi practice
10:00 am - 3:00 pm:
Time to yourself
During
this time you can read, relax, eat lunch, bask in the sun,
visit
with the animals, go for walks or hikes, etc.
3:00
- 5:00 pm: Tai Chi & Qigong practice
5:00 - 7:00 pm: Time to yourself
7:00 pm - 8:30: Meditation Session
Optional activities are
available at an additional charge any time during your stay such as massage, individual sessions with Gailon or any other practices
we offer with a teacher of your choice.
